diary_appointmentPlease telephone on the day for an appointment between
08:00 – 09:00.  The reception is open from 08:00 to 18:30 every weekday.

There are a small number of appointments that can be booked up to 48 hours or two weeks in advance.

Appointments are offered on a ten-minute per person basis, if you think you may need longer please tell the receptionist when making your appointment. Please do not ask the doctor to see a friend or relative who may be with you if they do not have an appointment - one patient per appointment please.

Emergency Appointments

If you are offered an emergency appointment it may be necessary for you to sit and wait until it is convenient for the doctor to see you.  Priority will be given to patients who have an appointment; however it may be necessary at times to give priority to a patient who is obviously unwell or distressed.

Telephone Messages for the Clinicians

Should you wish to speak to the Dr or the nurse during the day, the receptionist will take your name, telephone number and a brief message and the Dr/nurse will ring you as soon as surgery is finished or sooner if it is deemed appropriate by the clinician.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
